This is going to be a Social Night. We will have hot beverages to warm up our conversations...as well as the usual salads, wraps and paninis...and deserts.
There is no format to this event. It is just investors sitting around...eating dinner...talking...answering questions one-on-one.
This is an excellent venue for New and Seasoned investors to get to know each other on a personal level and possibly identify opportunities to collaborate on various investment opportunities.
The saying "People do business with people they know and trust" is very true. You NEED to come to events like this and get to know other investors and vendors...especially if you are a new investor or just considering real estate investing.
