Private money lending is like a sporting event.  


You see, with a sporting event there are the fundamentals and there is rule book.  

I went out for high school football and the coach would teach me the fundamentals about how to block and tackle.  He also taught me that if you’re carrying the ball and you go 10 yards you get a first down.  If you go across the goal line you get a touchdown.  Well with private money lender’s I normally teach just the fundamentals but in a more in-depth workshop I have the ability and the timing to also cover the rule book.  There’s no one else that is teaching the rules.  

How did I get the rules?   I hired an SEC attorney many years ago and had him research every single state in the United States and also Canada.  The steps I took allowed me to stand on any stage, in any State and teach the State rules and the Federal rules.  That should give you an indication of the dedication and moral obligation I have to you to give you the facts.  To make sure you not only understand the fundamentals, but you get the rule book, so you’ll be able to sleep at night

Look there’s only four parts of a real estate deal with the very top level.
#1  You got to find motivated sellers and deals.
#2  You got to get money to fund the deal and that’s what I’m all about. Frankly I’m at the pinnacle of this second item with private money
#3  You then enhance the value of the property through a rehab and then..
#4  You will either keep the property long term or you sell it.

If you don’t use private money on the second item above, the frustration of begging for money at a bank or hard money lender and potentially loosing deals will continue the rest your life.

I want to teach you how to find private lenders that are just a phone call away and are delighted to fund your deals.  At that moment you are no longer begging for money

At the start, I compared private lending to a sporting event.  Football in particular.   In my example, it was about getting across the goal line.  My goal at the Saturday workshop is to do just that.  I want to give you the fundamental and I also want to give you the rule book so that you will have the total scope of not only converting people into private money lender’s but also, with the full knowledge of the rules.   I want to get you across the goal line with private money.
