What is OPHP

Ugh, bookkeeping…

Yeah, yeah, bookkeeping is boring and the second your business can afford one, you should hire a bookkeeper to take care of all those invoices, deposits, budgets, reports, and tax filing for you.

But before then, you’d better have your Quickbooks set up right, so that:

  1. Your future bookkeeper has a working system to start with
  2. You can actually tell what you’re making and spending
  3. You make it easy—and therefore, cheap—to file those taxes at the end of the year

Bad Books Cost You Time, Money, and Stress.
Fix ‘em Once and For All on December 8th
(From the comfort of your own home)

Good bookkeeping is a necessary evil for real estate entrepreneurs.

When your books are set up and managed right, you’ll shave hours of work and mountains of stress out of your year, plus save money at tax time by having your returns practically done for you (or your accountant) by Quickbooks.

That’s why we’ve organized an at-home, hands-on workshop to show you how get it right. You’ll sit with your laptop or tablet with Quickbooks installed, and find out:

  • How to set up the all-important “chart of accounts” that will let you enter your transactions quickly, correctly, and in a way that will get you accurate reports for your own use and for your taxes
  • How to enter purchase information from the HUD-1 to write expenses off your taxes later
  • How to generate the reports you need to understand how your business and investments are doing
  • And dozens of other time-saving, money-saving, business-building functions you didn’t even know Quickbooks had
