Did you purchase a property in 2017?
Do you think your property values went down since you purchased your property,
no matter what year that was?
Would you like to reduce your property taxes?

You have the right to request a reduction in your property taxes if you feel they are too high.  This is done through your county's Board of Revision.

Meet the Experts from the County Auditor's Office

Representatives from the Stark County Auditor's Office will conduct a two-hour seminar on the Board of Revision process which allows you to request a reduction in your property taxes.
This seminar will show you how to find forms online as well as how to complete the forms.
Representatives from the auditor's office will help you complete forms at the event and there will be a notary public available to finalize your applications.

If your properties are not in Stark County, you can still benefit from this event.

All counties have a Board of Revision and you can learn about the process.

Representatives will help you find your county's forms online as well.

OPHP Tax Law - 2-hours - will be offered.
