  • Only Vendor Members may promote their services at SCREIA sponsored events.

  • Half price advertising in the SCREIA monthly newsletter.
  • The opportunity to display promotional material at all SCREIA monthly meetings.
  • The opportunity to give a 30 second commercial during Vendor Member Introductions at all monthly meetings.
  • The opportunity to attend a monthly lunch meeting for “vendors only” to learn how to maximize sales and build your network.
  • One email per year to the email database promoting your business.
  • First right of refusal on all SCREIA sponsorship opportunities.  Non-vendor members will be solicited if no active vendor member selects a sponsorship opportunity.

Vendor members are members of SCREIA who own or work for a for-profit business that desires to form relationships with investors.  Only Vendor members may market their products and services at SCREIA sponsored events.  (Non-Vendor members may promote their expertise only if they are part of the monthly program.)  SCREIA members will not be permitted to publicly promote a non-Vendor member at a SCREIA sponsored event.

Examples of potential Vendor members include: Bankers, Realtors (promoting their services/properties), Insurance Companies, Title Companies, Rehab Contractors, Cleaning Companies, Trade Companies such as Electricians/Plumbers/HVAC…and more!

Individuals who are conducting investment deals on their own personal properties are NOT Vendor members. 

Vendor members have all the local memberships benefit rights as an active SCREIA member, including voting rights and membership in OREIA, as applicable.  Vendor members can attend other state REIA chapter meetings if the other REIA group honors the SCREIA vendor membership. 

Check with the OREIA chapter before you attend their meeting to inquire about their policies.  

Vendor memberships are not transferable, assignable, and can not be bequeathed.
