Residential Rental Property Registration

Ohio Revised Code Section (R.C.) 5323.02 requires an owner of residential rental property to register a contact agent for that property with the county auditor’s office within 60 days (including weekends and holidays) following the day a real property conveyance form for that property is filed with the county auditor.  Failure to file this information in a timely manner may result in the assessment of a penalty of up to $150 against the property that is the subject of the violation.

Conference Room

Stark County Real Estate Investors Association members can utilize the Conference Room at the SCREIA office at no charge.  Use the Conference Room for lease signings, contract negotiating, closings, and other real estate transactions.  Make your real estate business look professional by utilizing this free space.  

The Conference Room is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  Advanced reservation of the Conference Room is required.  You can call 330-942-0151 to reserve the Conference Room.

Non-Members can also reserve the Conference Room at a rate of $20 per hour.

Maximum occupancy is 8.
